Let the the vibrations of sound and reiki healing bring you into alignment in body, mind, and spirit. One-on-one offerings are customized to address the energy of you. Zoe uses the sounds of voice, Crystal Alchemy Bowls, tuning Forks, and chimes, to shift energy and blockages, furthering harmony and wholeness.

Individual Yoga Session 

Private yoga classes are customized to bring awareness into the body, build strength and mobility, and bring mindfulness into a physical flow of form. Yoga is a wonderful way to open up the outer body, so that the subtle body is more easily accessible.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is an ancient Japanese modality of energy healing, in which the practitioner channels Reiki through the hands.  Reiki balances the flow of subtle energy, aids in relaxation, and assists in the body's natural healing process.

Group healings create opportunity to share in the vibration of sound, and cultivate connection through deep relaxation and mindfulness. Sound journeys are customized for corporate events, birthday parties, social gatherings, and more.
